Working with us to get your property rented is easy. Contact us today and make an appointment to meet with an agent at your property so we can give you a no–obligation evaluation and an honest assessment of what we can do for you. If you don’t agree that listing your property for rent or for sale with us is in your best interest, you owe us nothing.

Once we come to an agreement on how to best market your property, we’ll prepare a simple contract with the details for your signature. We’ll gather the necessary information, take photographs and get your property advertised within a day or two.

How We Can Make Your Life Easier:

1. We do the work. We handle all the paperwork, lease renewals, repairs, upgrades and cleaning.
2. Easy Collection of Rents. We'll handle collection of your rent and provide you with a monthly financial report so you'll be able to keep track of your earnings.
3. Tenant Retention. We're responsive to the needs of your tenants to keep them happy and occupying your property.
4. Maximize Income. At the end of every lease, we'll carefully evaluate the current market to ensure your rental property brings you maximum income.
5. Tenant Screening. We'll carefully evaluate prospective tenants. The final decision is always yours.
6. Non-Exclusive Listing Agreements. We're the only company on Guam that offers non-exclusive listing agreements with all our clients. This means that even though we've listed your property, you're still free to market it on your own. And if you find the renter on your own, you owe us nothing.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a non-exlusive listing agreement?

This is the standard agreement we have with all our property owners. When you sign a non-exclusive agreement with us, you still have the right to market your property yourself if you choose. And, if you rent the property out through your own efforts, or as is typical in some cases, friends refer tenants to you, then you owe us nothing.

2. How much does it cost to list my property with you?

Our standard commission is 1 months rent due at move in.

3. How will you market my property?

Guam Rentals will submit information, including photographs, to the Multiple Listing Service so it's available to all of Guam's real estate agents to show to their customers. We'll also feature your property on our website and and that of our affiliate companies to ensure maximum exposure.

4. How will you show my property to prospective tenants?

With your permission, a lock box will be placed on the door to enable agents to show your property conveniently and around the clock. If you wish, we can be present during all showings. If tenants are currently in your property, we'll coordinate with them to respect their privacy.
