About Our Service

We offer, free of charge, real estate services for those seeking to rent or buy a new home on Guam.

The first step in the process is to meet with one of our experienced agents and discuss your preferences and needs. After we get some details from you, we’ll research the currently available homes that meet your criteria. After we’ve developed a working list, we’ll drive you around to see the homes you selected. We’ll show you what you want to see, not what we want to show you.

After you’ve selected the home you want, we’ll work with the owner or the owner’s agent and negotiate the details on your behalf. After all the conditions have been agreed to in writing, and a move in date set, we’ll schedule an inspection with you and the owner or their agent to walk through the property and note any defects or items that need attention.

When move–in day is finally here, we’ll do a final inspection with you to make sure any items that were discovered during the initial inspection were taken care of, and note any other issues that come up.
