Well it's not your sign, but you can't help but notice all the signs on the side of Guam's roadways.

It's election time here on Guam, and that means that the Island's candidates for Senator and Governor are trying to rally support. You'll even see political hopefuls standing on the side of the road waiving as traffic whizzes by, sometimes with a group of constituents of varying sizes.

Guam is small enough where it's no uncommon to see a Senator or even the Governor out pumping their gas or having dinner a couple tables over. I've found most to be very cordial and always willing to stop and talk for a moment. If my research is correct, there are 15 Senators on the island, currently, but there's supposed to be 16.
