Applying for a Property

For renters, there are a few things that you'll need to have ready in order to apply to rent a property on Guam.

• Rental Application

• Verification of Employment

• Your last two pay stubs

• Photo ID.

These documents will be required for ALL tenants over 18 years old. Generally, you'll need to show proof of income in the amount of 3X the monthly rent in order to be approved. It's very helpful to have these documents prepared in advance, so we can submit your application to the owner for review quickly. Always keep in mind that you may not be the only person applying for a place, sometimes being first pays off.
