Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a non-exlusive listing agreement? This is the standard agreement we have with all our property owners. When you sign a non-exclusive agreement with us, you still have the right to market your property yourself if you choose. And, if you rent the property out through your own efforts, or as is typical in some cases, friends refer tenants to you, then you owe us nothing.

  • How much does it cost to list my property with you? Our standard commission is 1 month's rent due at move in.

  • How will you market my property? Guam Rentals will submit information, including photographs, to the Multiple Listing Service so it's available to all of Guam's real estate agents to show to their customers. We'll also feature your property on our website and and that of our affiliate companies to ensure maximum exposure.

  • How will you show my property to prospective tenants? With your permission, a lock box will be placed on the door to enable agents to show your property conveniently and around the clock. If you wish, we can be present during all showings. If tenants are currently in your property, we'll coordinate with them to respect their privacy.
