Finally had the opportunity to check out this new condo development over the weekend.

Tumon Bel – Air is located in "upper" Tumon, upper meaning not on the beachfront. It's situated behind Pia Marine Resort next to a driving range and not much else. Each unit has two uncovered parking spaces. There is no yard to speak of, more like a patch of grass in the back. These have been on the rental market priced at $2500 – $2700 for a while now. According to the flier I picked up they're also for sale, starting at $438,000.00. Wow. I'll get some more photos when the weather gives me a break. In the middle of our showing it started to rain cats and dogs again.

Looks like it's starting to fill up, and, by the looks of the cars parked there, most of the residents are military renters. The pool, which looks a bit small, is still under construction. The model unit is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, reportedly 1700+ square feet, very big for a townhouse. Overall, for an asking price of $438,000 I would expect something spectacular, but I just didn't see it.
