I've had a few emails lately asking about Relocation Assistance, so I thought I'd write a bit about it here.

What exactly is relocation assistance?

Maybe you know people on Guam, maybe you don't. People often dismiss "relocation assistance" as some clever way of luring you to make contact with them. Of course, that's a part of it. We are in business here, and we certainly want yours.

Imagine making it to your hotel room door after a 24 hour long journey to a remote island. All you want to do is get in your room, shower and collapse. And you get inside and see you're in a room with two small twin beds. You wouldn't expect that, would you? We would. We would have explained that to you ahead of time and given you all the available options at the hotel you pick. Wouldn't it be nice to have someone looking out for you that has a vested interest in making your transition smooth? Someone that calls the hotel, makes sure they're putting you in a room suitable for your situation, that the airport shuttle will be there waiting for you?

That's just one example of about 20 I can think of off the top of my head.

1. We can get you the best room for the money you want to spend.Because we do 4000+ room nights with local hotels every year, we're give special treatment at Guam's resorts. We in turn pass this on to our clients. Instead of getting the "standard room" which consists of two twin beds.

2. We can tailor a package for you, with or without a rental car, at the best prices on Guam. If you're on your company's budget, we'll work with you to get you the most for your money.

3. We can advise you on locations of rental properties relative to schools, shopping, where you'll be working, etc.

4. We'll drive you around to see the properties you're interested in, do the paperwork, arrange for the utilities to be turned on, and make sure everything is taken care of before move in day.

And what does it all cost?

Nothing.

It's just what we do to earn your business.
