Alupang Cove Condos are located in the central Village of Tamuning. This was my home for the first 3 years I was on Guam and I loved it. This building IS oceanfront in every sense of the word. Frankly, I find it to be in the top 5 best views on Guam. In 2007 they did major renovations to the building and the grounds are some of the best kept on the island.

Alupang Cove may not be for you if you're looking for a lot of room. Their biggest 2 bedroom units are under 1000 square feet. While some consider it a draw back, Alupang Cove doesn't have in-unit washers and dryers, or even hook ups. Laundry is easily done on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors via coin operated machines. I always considered it more convenient as I can do three loads at once and be done with it. The main reason is that electricity is included in the cost of the monthly homeowners association dues, and I would expect they're trying to limit that expense as much as possible.

Alupang Cove is well positioned no matter which part of the Island you might be working on. 12 miles to Navy Base Guam, 14 miles to Andersen Air Force Base, and about 2 miles from the nightlife and tourist attractions of Tumon, you're never far from anything.
