Stress-O-Meter

Moving is probably one of the top 3 most dreaded tasks that we all hope to avoid as much as possible in our lifetime.Add to it the idea of moving to Guam, a small remote island that's literally just a speck on the map, can push the stress-o-meter well past it's maximum operating limits. I know a lot of people tend to get attached to their "stuff" these days, still others can't wait to get rid of it. Believe it or not, I've had more than a few single people insist they need a 4 bedroom home because of all their "stuff".

You have to face the fact that the majority of Guam's homes are, in comparison, smaller than what you might be used to in the mainland. This isn't always the case for the newer homes being built, but it's not so uncommon to find a 3 bedroom home weighing in at 1300 square feet. So don't let the excess "stuff" keep you from getting into the home you want.
