Looks like Guam's Hotel Okura is now available for long term lease or month to month rental. Looks like prices are starting at $1900 and going up from there depending on the specific unit.

Okura occupies a nice spot on the beach in the Village of Tumon, Guam's tourist district. But it's towards the north end of the strip so it's close to everything, but not too close.

The only draw back i see is that there's not a full kitchen, just a small refrigerator and a two burner portable stove. So essentially, you're living in a hotel room. Still, "roughing it" with minimal cooking facilities might be a small price to pay to live in an ocean front resort.

According to the agent for the owner, plans are being made to install a larger refrigerator and a full stove in order to meet the requirements of the military housing offices. Call us at 1-800-691-8653 if you're interested.
