After a couple months of work and spending more money that I care to admit, guamrentals.com is up and running with it's new facelift and all new functionality.

All the information on the old site has been updated, including new photos of "Around Guam".

The biggest upgrade to the site is the new MLS search feature that allows much cleaner and easier searches of what you're looking for.

You can also live chat with one of our people, not someone in another country, someone actually on Guam, that can answer your questions and point you in the right direction. We will have a military wife that's from Guam that's living in San Diego to watch the shop while we're sleeping here at GMT +10. I don't promise coverage 24/7, but it'll be pretty close to that and they will be "live from Guam".

New features are being developed and soon we'll have a listing cart set up so you can monitor your favorite listings or send them to us for feedback.

We're really happy with our new website and hope it makes searching for a home on Guam easier.
