Paradise Estates is one of Guam's most popular places to live, and one of the few western style subdivisions on the island. Paradise Estates is located about 10 minutes south of Andersen AFB, making it a very popular military community. Both three and four bedrooms homes are available. As of 2018, prices normally start at $2450 for 3 bedroom 2 bath units, with 4 bedroom 3 bath homes going for $2500 and up. Keep in mind, these homes are individually owned so prices may vary, sometimes exceeding $3000 per month for homes with major upgrades and improvements. The DoD School System bus routes include several stops in Paradise Estates, and residents can feel secure with gated controlled access to the subdivision.
